Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At CraftPrint, all products are personalised and made specifically for each customer order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we always aim to provide the best possible service and will assist if there is a genuine issue with your order.
Custom Orders
Because every product is made to your specifications, we do not provide refunds or exchanges if:
• You change your mind
• You order the wrong size
• You upload an incorrect or low-resolution photo
• Cropping is required to fit product shapes
• You make spelling or design errors
• You decide you no longer want the item
Please carefully review your order before checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
Please email:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of packaging if damaged
Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Returns Process
If a replacement is approved:
• The original item may need to be returned
• Items must be unused
• Return shipping may be required
• We recommend tracked postage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Photo Quality & Editing
CraftPrint reviews every image before printing and may adjust colour, brightness, and cropping to achieve the best print result.
We cannot be responsible for quality issues caused by:
• Blurry images
• Screenshots
• Social media downloads
• Low resolution files
If we believe your photo may not print well, we may contact you before production.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to fast production times, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
Natural Material Disclaimer
Because many CraftPrint products use natural wood, small variations in grain, colour, and texture are normal and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique.
