Shipping Policy

At CraftPrint, every order is custom made. Because of this, shipping times include both production time and delivery time.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days.

Production time may be longer during busy periods such as:

• Christmas
• Mother’s Day
• Father’s Day
• Valentine’s Day
• Promotional periods

We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible but production times are estimates only.

Shipping Time

After production, orders are shipped with Australia Post or other courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times depend on your location and courier performance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery through the tracking link provided.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched:

• CraftPrint is not responsible for courier delays
• Delivery dates are not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by customers
• Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours and provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:

• Please first contact the courier
• Check with neighbours or building management
• Contact us if further assistance is needed

We will assist with investigations where possible.
